Introduction


Greetings fellow anime lovers! Before I begin, allow me to properly introduce myself. I am RavenSan, trusted admin of Aniconnex. I am here to help to the best of my abilities. For a while now, if any users had any questions regarding the app, had need of technical support, or had any requests for animes and/or suggestions for the app, one had to send me or another admin an inbox message, send an email to support@aniconnex.com, or fill out a message in the Feedback section. But there has yet to be an official FAQ... Until now that is. With this FAQ, and with the help of Aniconnex in making this FAQ, we will attempt to answer as many of the questions you have been asking.

General FAQ


Q: Why can't I find any anime on here?

A: If you cannot find any anime on here, odds are you have downloaded this app from Google Play. Unfortunately, Google does not allow the full version of Aniconnex on their app store, as it was previously reported for containing copyright material and inappropriate content. It is because of this that the version on Google Play is FORUMS ONLY.

Q: Where can I get the full version of Aniconnex?

A: The full version of Aniconnex is available on www.aniconnex.com and the Amazon app store. Download Aniconnex Pro and install. If you have the version from Google Play, it is recommended you uninstall it before installing Aniconnex Pro.

Q: Does Aniconnex Pro cost anything?

A: No. It is completely free.

Q: How do I install Aniconnex Pro?

A: Simply download Aniconnex Pro from www.aniconnex.com or the Amazon app store. An .apk file will appear in your Downloads. Open this file and select install. Once installed, log in to your account and enjoy.

Q: How can I change my username?

A: Send Aniconnex your desired username via the Feedback section or in-app mail with your current username and the desired username. It will be processed as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can send this request via email to support@aniconnex.com.

Q: How do I request an anime on here?

A: Open the menu page and go to Feedback. Provide the title, number of seasons, year, etc.

Q: What happened to the old Aniconnex?

A: We were unable to afford keeping the old server up and running, so on September 5, 2016, we shut it down.

Troubleshooting and Technical FAQ


Q: I am having issues installing the Pro version.

A: If you are having issues installing Aniconnex Pro, please try the following:

- Go to your device settings. Open Security settings.

- Make sure the option "Unknown sources" is checked. This will allow the installation of apps from outside sources.

- Delete and redownload Aniconnex Pro. Launch the new .apk file and select Install.

Q: How to fix white screen/black screen issues?

A: Try clearing app cache and/or restarting your mobile device. If this does not fix the issue, please contact support@aniconnex.com for further assistance.
